Appointment System
All Doctors appointment must be triaged via our new booking system, Accurx. You can access this via the website home page or contact the surgery.
Urgent medical problems will always be accommodated but please ensure the receptionist knows you feel you have an urgent medical problem.
Nurse appointments are booking the same way as before, via the reception team. Accurx does not need to be used when booking a Nurse appointment.
We cannot deal effectively and safely with more that one major problem or 2 minor problems in a 15 minute appointment. Presenting us with a long list can simply result in rushed, potentially poor decisions. The doctor may therefore advise a further appointment. For more information please read this article.
